Vibrant Vines Event Yoga, Wine & Sound Healing Gong Bath!

I’m so excited to announce that Buddha Beats Yoga will be at Vibrant Vines Winery in 2020!! Upon your arrival at the winery, we will head upstairs to the newly renovated area, that has the most amazing view of the vineyard, lake and Kelowna then let the yoga begin. I Aleena McKinnon with Buddha beats yoga will guide you through a wonderful gentle yoga class is this amazing new space.This class is about relaxing and letting go. We will move very slowly a moving meditation with the breath. Watery, fluid, rhythmic, simple, sweet movements. Throughout our yoga class we will be emerged in the gongfather Kevins beautiful gongs sounds. After class, we will enjoy a wine tasting and glass of wine. “Kevin Gaudet, a.k.a. The Gongfather, has been a drummer and percussionist for 20 years, and an avid yoga practitioner for well over a decade. He has found a way to bring those two passions together through the use of gongs. The timeless and brilliant sounds of the gongs speak to an ancient and deep part of the human experience, and offer a unique and powerful entry point into deep states of relaxation and meditation. A gong bath simply defies description, and must be experienced to be fully appreciated.
