Back by popular demand, Intersection Estate Winery winemaker Melissa Smits will take the classroom into the barrel cellar for a hands-on blending seminar. Taste a number of red wine barrel samples and then work to create your own blend using the raw components. Melissa will help guide the group to greatness, and a prize will be awarded to the guest with the top ranked blend.
