West African Drum & Dance workshop with Bobby Bovenzi of Nankama Drum & Dance. Saturday April 4, 2020, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Knox Presbyterian church 3701 32 Ave Vernon corner of Alexis Park Drive.Bobby will start off with a drum circle, then teach a rhythm with Djembe, Dunduns (West African base drums) & African dance.No experience necessary. AIl levels welcome. Bring your own djembe or let us know if you need one. Drums are available for those without.Cost is early bird rate $25 or drop in $30 at the door.For any questions and to arrange to pre pay for the early bird rate contact Robin Ritchie via Facebook messenger or email drummerguýrobin@gmail.com.Note future workshop dates April 25 & May 23.
