West Kelowna Light Up

<p>Join us for a family-friendly event on Friday, Dec. 6, that promises fun for everyone! This free event features a variety of activities, a craft market, holiday music, food trucks, and complimentary hot chocolate. Children will also enjoy special appearances by Santa, the Grinch, and some cast members from Frozen. <br />One of the biggest traditions, the flipping of the switch and lighting of the tree, takes place at 6:00 p.m. when Santa and the Mayor arrive by the Zamboni and fire truck. <br />Keep the festive spirit alive throughout the night with free glow sticks and lighted twinkle balloons. Don’t miss the high-altitude fireworks show, scheduled for 7:45 p.m., weather permitting. The fireworks will be launched from Memorial Park/City Hall, making them visible from many areas in our community. <br />Join us on Friday, Dec. 6 for festive fun and don’t forget to dress for the weather!</p>
