<p>The Kelowna Branch of the Canadian Tai Chi Academy will be holding a gathering and demonstration to commemorate and celebrate World Tai Chi Day. This event is celebrated time zone by time zone , across the globe through 70 countries across 6 continents on the last Saturday in April (29th) at 10:00am.Tai Chi has been shown through research to have multiple health benefits from reducing stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain, to boosting the immune system, improving respiratory function and dramatically improving balance . All are welcome to this demonstration, and see what Tai Chi is all about!</p>
