Upcoming workshop on Nov 24th!!! Yoga+Massage+Wine. What better combination for a Sunday afternoon?!$40 for 75mins session with R.Ac/RYT Krysta & RMT/RYT Allison. Join us beforehand for our special warm herbal wine. In class, while you are holding Yin yoga poses on the mat, our registered massage therapist and registered Acupuncturist will come give you massage, to help you unwind and deepen your experience within each pose.Join us for this wonderful event, limited space available, please contact us to book in advance!
