Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.During this workshop you will learn:- the history and benefits of Yin Yoga;- how to stay and hold on each posture;- how to plan a sequence and a theme for a class or for personal practice;- how to put a class together from your personal experience of doing the postures- how to present a class;- the basics of the meridians and the Anatomy of the body;- the Dharma teachings which in turn will help you learn about the duality of nature and ATMAN, the inner soul; and – the tools and practices to connect deeper with your inner self.Our Yin Yoga Workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn more about yourself and your inner nature.
