On select Friday Nights throughout the year, youth can enjoy the Kelowna Family YMCA however they want—for free! Our gymnasium, conditioning rooms, pools, chill zones and more are open for youth to get active, spend time together and get involved in their community. What to expect: At YMCA Youth Nights, you can explore all your options. Play sports, go for a swim, play video games, work out in the weight room, grab a bite to eat, practice your artistic side, or just hang out with your friends. Sometimes there may be opportunities to get involved in your community.
