The best way to learn science is by DOING it! Join us for a workshop with one of our experienced teachers, where kids will conduct guided science experiments using materials that are easily available at home. This workshop will reinforce concepts learned in chemistry classes, such as acid-alkali reactions, in a really fun, practical and interactive format.**Designed for Grades 4-8. Parents and kids are BOTH encouraged to attend!**WHAT TO BRING (you will need these materials to do the workshop):Corn Starch (min 2 cups)Water (2-3 cups)Food color (1-2 different types)Milk (1-2 cups)Q-tips / earbuds (a handful)Liquid detergent – 1 large spoon or 1/4 cupWhite Vinegar (1 cup)Baking soda (1/2 cup)
