Piper joins us from Vancouver and shares ‘Your Natural Intelligence’ bringing focus to the alignment and approach that creates sustainability and longevity in your yoga practice. Looking at the movements and transitions that are common in a flow yoga class, work to generate awareness on places where alignment is key, and discover ways to move gracefully and safely through these transitions. Some of the places you will gain a deeper understanding of are sun salutations, standing poses, and backbends. This workshop will teach you how to use your body as your guide for alignment, and how this approach can enliven the healing properties of your practice.This workshop is included for anyone in the 30 Day Challenge!
