Many of us our struggling right now, worrying about what is going to happen next and we know it is causing so much anxiety. We would like to invite you to our morning wellness and self-reflection check in if you would like to start you day off with a little bit of support and release. Our counsellor, Brittany will start with a reading from “The Language of Letting Go” book by Melody Beattie, then we reflect on how the reading relates to us. From there we are able to discuss how we are feeling and coping. These meetings allow us to connect with and support each other. This will be done via Zoom.
