KELOWNA – Five companies wanting to open seven different cannabis retail shops will have their applications reviewed by Kelowna city council on Monday.<\/p>\n
Few details about the size or types of shops were released today, March 21, in the council agenda package. If approved by council, the applications will go to a public hearing but no date is indicated as of yet.<\/p>\n
The applicants and locations are:<\/p>\n
Another eight rezoning applications are expected to go to council at future meetings, out of the 41 that originally applied last fall.<\/p>\n
