KAMLOOPS – The City of Kamloops is getting closer to finalizing the framework for cannabis retail regulations.<\/p>\n
The federal government has set the legalization date for Oct. 17, and Kamloops city councillors will be holding a public hearing tonight, Aug. 28, at the Sandman Centre.<\/p>\n
Tonight's meeting will include discussions on retail cannabis sales license permit application fees, the annual business license fee for cannabis retail stores as well as updating zoning bylaw definitions.<\/p>\n
