iN VIDEO: $30 million worth of Okanagan Lake waterfront for sale in Lake Country

RE/MAX Kelowna realtor Keith Watts has two similar waterfront properties in the Carrs Landing area of Lake Country for sale for a total of $30 million.

That’s for more than 30 acres of land with 2,400 feet of waterfront.

Both are listed as 15490 Carrs Landing Road.

One is 18.5 acres with 1,850 feet of low and high bank waterfront and an orchard, which gives the land farm tax status.

“Create your own private estate or plan for future subdivision,” the listing says.

It could be subdivided into six waterfront estates.

It’s listed for sale for $18 million and the listing estimates payments would be $87,896 per month.

“This is a rare opportunity to own a world class property in one of the most desirable areas of British Columbia,” that listing says.

It has 550 feet of waterfront and could be subdivided into three lakefront estates.

It also has a rental house on the property and an apple orchard that gives it farm status for tax purposes.
