“Me and my friends dress up as Mario Kart characters once a year and have a big party,” said Kris Utley, who’s selling the property along with his girlfriend Sabrina Delavedova.

They enjoyed the go-kart track with friends and family, and it was a business open to the public before they moved in.

Utley said the windy track takes up one acre of the property and is about the size of a football field.

“It’s so epic, we’re in the middle of the mountains with no neighbours for kilometres – all you see is mountains," he said.

The property, located at 3802 Coalmont Rd. in Tulameen, also includes a 1,100 square foot heated shop with 18-foot high ceilings and a 600 square foot two-bedroom cabin.

It was listed for $625,000 and Utley said somebody has already offered full asking price. However the property will remain on the market until the end of the weekend as he is still taking offers.
