We might not be out of the woods yet when it comes to the housing crisis but consistent, positive numbers could help people breathe a sigh of relief.
Here are the numbers Rentals.ca released this month:
- 11.5: Per cent. That was the decrease in rent prices for a one-bedroom apartment in Kelowna over the last year.
- 1,686: Dollars is the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Kelowna.
- 5.4: Per cent. That was the increase in rent prices for a one-bedroom apartment in Kamloops over the last year.
- 1,992: Dollars is the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Kamloops.
