It calls for 114 rental units in five storeys, one level of underground parking and retail\/commercial on the ground floor.<\/p>\n<p> &ldquo;The six-storey Central project will contribute to the emerging vibrancy in the Rutland downtown core by a remarkable mixed-use development,&rdquo; a letter accompanying the application says.<\/p>\n<p> The drawings show 40 studio suites, 35 one-bedroom, 29 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units.
