6:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Wake up, nurse.<\/p>\n

7 a.m. Breakfast<\/p>\n

You offer oatmeal and fruit.<\/p>\n

Baby prefers mystery crumbs from last night’s dinner.<\/p>\n

9 a.m. Snack<\/p>\n

You offer half a banana and plain yogurt.<\/p>\n

Baby accepts the banana, but attempts to ingest it through his eyeball. Applies the yogurt liberally as a face mask.<\/p>\n

Nurse, nap.<\/p>\n

2 p.m. Snack<\/p>\n

You offer avocado and mashed beans.<\/p>\n

Baby favors the Tupperware lid.<\/p>\n

2:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Floor broccoli (a delicacy)<\/p>\n

Mid-afternoon<\/p>\n

Nurse two more times<\/p>\n

3:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Tablespoon of dirt with a slice of pinecone.<\/p>\n

5 p.m. Dinner<\/p>\n

You offer minced steak, green peas and rice.<\/p>\n

Baby offers his steak to the dog and wants yours instead. Eats three green peas, throws the rice off his tray.<\/p>\n

5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

One square of toilet paper.<\/p>\n

Evening\/night<\/p>\n

Nurse three more times before morning.<\/p>\n

Repeat.<\/p>\n
