In Vancouver, a two-bedroom apartment rents for $3,500.<\/p>\n<p> Out of the 24 cities on the Zumper.com list, St. John&rsquo;s, NL, had the lowest rent at $890 for one bedroom.<\/p>\n<p> Kamloops is not included on the Zumper.com list because it had only eight listings.
