It\u2019s the highest in B.C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1.2:<\/strong> Per cent is Kamloops\u2019 vacancy rate. It\u2019s the lowest in B.C. and the only municipal vacancy rate that fell in 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>183:<\/strong> Bucks. That was the price increase for an average two-bedroom apartment in Kelowna in 2025.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>148:<\/strong> Bucks. That was the price increase for an average two-bedroom apartment in Kamloops in 2025.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10,680: <\/strong>Units in Kelowna were behind on rent when CMHC collected its data for 2025 at the end of September, only counting row houses and buildings with three or more units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5,135:<\/strong> Units in Kamloops were behind on rent when CMHC collected its data for 2025 at the end of September, only counting row houses and buildings with three or more units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4.8:<\/strong> Per cent of British Columbians were behind on rent as of the end of September.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>223:<\/strong> Million dollars. That\u2019s how much every renter in Kelowna is expected to pay each year combined.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>89.6:<\/strong> Million dollars.
