That was the benchmark price for a single family home in Central Okanagan in June, down 3.6 per cent from June last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>129:<\/strong> Single family homes were listed for sale in North Okanagan in June, down 24 per cent from June 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>95: <\/strong>That\u2019s how many single family homes sold in North Okanagan in June, up by eight per cent from June last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>784,500: <\/strong>Dollars. That\u2019s the benchmark price for a single family home in North Okanagan in June, pretty much the same as June last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>139:<\/strong> Single family homes were listed for sale in South Okanagan in June, down 28 per cent from June last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>78: <\/strong>That\u2019s how many single family homes sold in South Okanagan in June, down 11.4 per cent from June.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>760,100:<\/strong> Dollars. That\u2019s the benchmark price for a single family home in South Okanagan, around the same as last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>284:<\/strong> Single family homes were listed for sale in Kamloops in June, down 2.7 per cent from June last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>134: <\/strong>That\u2019s how many single family homes sold in Kamloops in June, down 14.7 per cent from June last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>684,300:<\/strong> Dollars. That\u2019s the benchmark price for a single family home in Kamloops, up by 1.2 per cent compared to last year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It appear people
