Man killed in Kelowna crash identified

Monday's single-vehicle crash victim has been identified as a Kelowna man.

Marcus Audette, 32, died after losing control of his car — going down an embankment off Burtch Road near the Apple Bowl.

The vehicle was discovered early Monday morning, Dec. 15, on its side. Police are still trying to determine when the crash occurred.

There was one passenger in the vehicle who sustained serious injuries.

RCMP have reached out to the motoring public with hopes of obtaining dash-cam footage that may help in their investigation.
