Fatal crash between motorcycle and sedan reported on Highway 1 west of Chase, B.C.
CHASE, B.C. — Police in the British Columbia Interior say a motorcycle rider is dead after a crash on Highway 1 west of Chase.
RCMP say the crash on Saturday morning involved a sedan and a motorcycle.
They say the rider, a man in his early 60s, died of his injuries.
Police say nobody else was hurt.
Mounties say the sedan driver stayed at the scene and co-operated with investigators.
Police say they’re looking for any dash-camera footage from the highway between Kamloops and Chase that may show the motorcycle on the road travelling east before the crash.
