It may not be the safest day for a road trip in the B.C. Interior.<\/p>\n
A snowfall warning is in effect today, Nov. 25, on the Trans-Canada Highway between Eagle Pass and Rogers Pass, as well as Highway 3 between Paulson Summit and Kootenay Pass, where 15 centimetres of snow is expected, according to a snowfall warning issued by Environment Canada<\/a>.<\/p>\n Tonight, a winter storm is expected to impact several high-elevation routes in the Southern Interior<\/a>.<\/p>\n Over 20 cm of heavy snow is likely on parts of Highway 3 from Hope to Princeton, parts of the Coquihalla Highway from Hope to Kamloops and parts of the Okanagan Connecter from Merritt to Kelowna.
