A large fifth-wheel trailer was badly burned by fire early this morning, Dec. 27.<\/p>\n
Fire crews were called to 415 Commonwealth Rd. at 12:10 a.m.<\/p>\n
“First arriving crews reported a large fifth wheel type trailer in an RV park that was fully involved, including a propane tank that was venting, and nearby fences that were on fire as well,” says a Kelowna Fire Department news release.<\/p>\n
Crews quickly knocked down the fire and prevented it from spreading but the trailer was a complete loss.<\/p>\n
The owner was not home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries.<\/p>\n
Firefighters from the Kelowna Fire Department were assisted by crews from Lake Country Fire Department.<\/p>\n
