Some Esso and Mobile gas stations have run short of fuel at their pumps in the Okanagan and Kamloops over the past few days and that's going to continue for a few more days.<\/p>\n
Imperial Oil says that was due to an ethanol shortage at the Suncor terminal in Kamloops. It has a "fuelling agreement" with Suncor for the region.<\/p>\n
“Our ethanol supply chain has improved over the past few days and deliveries restarted from the terminal (Monday),” Keri Scobie, manager of public and government affairs for Imperial Oil, said in an email to iNFOnews.ca, June 28. “Our current supply outlook is that our inventories will be back to regular levels early to mid-next week.”<\/p>\n
