Lower Mainlanders are trudging through the snow again after more than 20 centimetres fell in the region last night.<\/p>\n
The winter storm is impacting drivers in a big way, with some of those embarrassing moments caught on social media. <\/p>\n
A winter storm less than a month ago caused hours-long<\/a> delays across the region, affecting commuters in several cities like Richmond, Vancouver and Burnaby.<\/p>\n Aston Martins and city busses alike are having a tough time between yesterday evening and this morning, Dec. 20.<\/p>\n Others are finding ways to get by without their vehicles, like one person who brought out their skis and another still relying on their bicycle despite the storm.<\/p>\n Vancouver has the most dedicated cyclists and honestly this guy is doing better than most drivers #BCStorm<\/a> #snow<\/a> #vancouversnow<\/a> #BCSnow<\/a> #Vancouver<\/a> pic.twitter.com\/HKApNXzbpv<\/a><\/p>\n — Misty May (@MistyMay_13) December 20, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n ?? The detachment's Road Safety Unit stopped more than 100 vehicles in just three hours to have drivers remove the snow, according to a social media post.<\/p>\n 3 hours = 100 vehicles stopped to remove excess snow. #RichmondRCMP<\/a> Road Safety Unit reminding drivers on the dangers of driving with an obstructed view. If you have to be on the road give yourself extra time and clear away the snow.
