An SUV was rear-ended on the Trans-Canada Highway near Golden yesterday.<\/p>\n
RCMP responded to a call about a crash on the highway near Emerald Lake Road at 10:40 a.m. on July 18, according to a release from police.<\/p>\n
The SUV was rear-ended by a car as the driver was turning left off the highway.<\/p>\n
Passengers in both vehicles were taken to hospital with serious injuries, but they were non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n
Police are still investigating the crash.<\/p>\n
DriveBC.ca does not show any delays on the highway in that area at this time.<\/p>\n
Anyone who saw the collision is asked to call the Golden-Field RCMP at 250-344-2221.<\/p>\n
