Travellers should be aware of the potential for snow on Southern BC Interor mountain passes this weekend.<\/p>\n

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement about the potential for up to 5 cm of snow on the Okanagan Connector, Coquihalla Highway from Hope to Kamloops and the Trans-Canada Highway from Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass.<\/p>\n

There is a cool air mass passing through the BC Interior which could result in mixed rain and snow causing dangerous driving conditions on mountain passes.<\/p>\n

Environment Canada wants to remind people that weather can change rapidly in the mountains and be aware of changing road conditions while travelling.<\/p>\n
