All the occupants of a triplex in Kelowna escaped unharmed from an early morning fire.<\/p>\n
Kelowna Fire Department was called out at about 4 a.m. today, March 4, to the blaze in the 1000 block of Bernard Avenue between Ethel Street and Gordon Drive.<\/p>\n
“Upon arrival crews experienced large flames and heavy smoke from the rear of the structure,” a fire department news release says. “Two vehicles were also involved in the fire and were a total loss.”<\/p>\n
The fire is considered suspicious and is under investigation.<\/p>\n
Kelowna Fire Department responded with four engines and 21 personnel.<\/p>\n
