There are some slippery sections on Interior highways for drivers to be aware of this morning.<\/p>\n
Drive B.C. is warning <\/a>drivers of compact snow and slippery sections on Highway 1 from Cache Creek to Kamloops, and on Highway 5 between Helmer Road and West Kamloops.<\/p>\n Slippery sections have been reported on Highway 97 between St. Annes Road and Monte Creek, on Highway 1 between Chase and Sicamous and on Highway 97C between West Kelowna and Pennask Summit.<\/p>\n Kamloops <\/a>is currently sitting at -9 Celsius and is expected to reach a high of -7, according to Environment Canada. It is -8 C in Vernon<\/a> and will reach a high of -6 C today.<\/p>\n Kelowna<\/a> will see some light snowfall at a temperature of -7 C and a high of -5 C.
