2019 Chardonnay<\/strong><\/p>\n The 2019 Chardonnay's seemingly lean apple and lime aromas bely a generous, fruity, and minerally mouthfeel, with more of the fruit and mineral in the finish.<\/p>\n Details: The 2019 Chardonnay was handpicked from Sept. 13 to 15. It was whole cluster pressed then went through cultured yeast fermentation at 15 – 17°C.
