What the heck is Gamay Noir? GAM-may NEW-or is a light bodied, friendly red wine that is easy drinking and the perfect choice for those of you are not into the big reds.<\/p>\n

This purple grape variety’s claim to fame is its manifestation as Beaujolais (named for its home turf in France). Fruity with a lovely bouquet, this grape star is renowned for its annual release party celebrations that circle the globe. Wonderful served slightly chilled, Gamay is a great match for Okanagan summertime.<\/p>\n

vinAmité Cellars in Oliver is the embodiment of its charming owner\/operator famille, the Coulombe’s. Ray and Wendy with daughter Catherine are the main crew here, with their other daughter Nathalie participating as the uber-talented artist whose paintings grace the walls of their tasting room.<\/p>\n
