Big White Ski Resort awarded for excellence

NAMED A TOP-PERFORMING SKI DESTINATION BY TRAVELLERS

KELOWNA – Big White Ski Resort has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award.

Now in its fifth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given to establishments that consistently achieve great reviews on TripAdvisor. Destinations must maintain a consistent high review from a minimum number of reviewers to be eligible.

"We are delighted to be recognized by TripAdvisor, but most importantly we are thrilled with what our guests have written about their experience," Big White Ski Resort Senior Vice President Michael Ballingall said in a release. "As a family-owned, purposely built ski resort we've always been fully committed to providing a world-class winter experience in the heart of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Now we just wait for Mother Nature, champagne powder and the weather so we can do it all over again!"

Big White was also the people's choice for 2014 Family Ski Resort of the Year.
