Two Penticton residents were busted on Highway 97 on May 11 on crystal meth and weapon charges.
Penticton RCMP officers pulled a vehicle over on Highway 97 in Summerland and inside was Jesse William Jackson, 32, of Penticton who was charged with possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking. Jackson was also unlawfully at large when he was arrested.
Penticton resident Anthony Muskego, 24, racked up four charges of weapons possession and breaching charges. He and Jackson were taken into custody.
Also charged is Kristine Haugan, 37, of Kelowna on an outstanding arrest warrant. She was placed into custody.
Two other passengers were released with no charges.
All five subjects were well known to Penticton and Kelowna RCMP.
