Mandan couple accused of bringing children to drug sale

MANDAN, N.D. – A Mandan man and woman face felony charges after allegedly bringing children with them to a drug sale.

KXMB-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1VXhpYn ) that authorities allege 35-year-old Daylen Griffin and his 24-year-old girlfriend, Sarah Jancovic, had three children younger than 11 in their car when they tried to sell marijuana to an undercover officer.

The two face felony child neglect and felony and misdemeanour drug charges. Jancovic could face up to 26 years in prison and Griffin up to 36 years if they’re convicted on all counts.

Court documents don’t list an attorney for them, and a home telephone listing couldn’t be found.
