This clip from the California Animal Rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica may cause involuntary eye watering.

Sammi the dog has a degenerative disease which left him unable to walk, but after surgery and three months of rehab he greets his owner on all four legs.

This video was posted back in 2008, but it is Trending Now with with over 800,000 views.
