In Brazil they apparently don't mess with people who park illegally in handicapped zone.
This driver returned to find his little red car covered in blue sticky notes with the handicapped emblem prominently displayed.
The first video was taken by a bystander, while the second was taken by the crew a Boom who pulled off the prank.

these guys have the right idea, that’s what you get for parking in the handicap lane, It apparently the symbol is the same in all countries, how can yo not know where you are parking, I get sick of people parking in these spots that shouldn’t be.the cop should have given him a ticket on top of this and now for littering.Funny as hell.
