UPDATE: Missing 12-year-old returns home

RCMP says Bryston Krug has returned home.

KAMLOOPS – Police need your help finding a 12-year-old boy who is refusing to return home.

According to a release, Bryston Krug was reported missing by his family yesterday, July 7.

"He is believed to be staying in the Kamloops area," Staff Sgt. Ed Preto says. "Family has been in contact with him, but he is refusing to return home."

He is described as a Caucasian male, 4'8" tall, 85 lbs with light brown hair and brown eyes. No picture was provided by police.

Anyone with information on Krug's whereabouts is urged to call Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3270.
