Westside Daze has something for everyone

WEST KELOWNA – Thousands of people are enjoying what West Kelowna’s premiere summer event has to offer this weekend.

The rain has so far stayed away from Westside Daze with lots of "filtered" sunshine and the occasion sunny period.

On Saturday, the parade, complete with marching bands and floats, was a huge hit.

The firework display later that night had the crowd gasping with “oo’s and aaw’s.”

West Coast Amusements, a staple at the annual festival, has their midway set up and Memorial Park has become the centre of the action with all kinds of vendors and activities.

And don’t forget the concerts every evening.

Westside Daze wraps up on Canada Day with a car and motorcycle show and shine.
