Ideas Uncorked will have new thoughts flowing like wine this Saturday. At least that's goal of the Association of Canadian Community Colleges 2013 Annual Conference.
The South Okanagan Events Centre will play host to more than 600 administrators, faculty and students as well as guest speakers. Everyone will be tapping new ways to deliver education and examine trends and issues such as apprenticeship for trades professions; aboriginal learning; bullying; and services for immigrants.
It's expected Ideas Uncorked will contribute $500,000 to the local economy.
