West Kelowna RCMP searching for assault suspect
West Kelowna RCMP are searching for a man accused of assaulting someone in the parking lot of A&W located at 3640 Gellatly Road.
A man approached a vehicle in the lot and threw a slurpee into the small pick-up truck, then punched the male occupant in the head, say police. The hit resulted in a trip to Kelowna General Hospital.
The suspect left in a grey Hyundai Accent, however police believe the man was only a temporary passenger.
He is described as 5'8", heavy set and dirty blond hair.
