KAMLOOPS – The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack men’s basketball team will again be coordinating the Basketball B.C. Regional Training Centre.
The RTCC is one of the key foundations to the Basketball B.C. program which in the past has developed players like Kelly Olynyk of the Boston Celtics and Robert Sucre of the Los Angeles Lakers along with others who have performed at the CIS level.
This is the fourth year the WolfPack have coordinated the Regional Training Centre for the past three years.
Tryouts for the Regional Tryout Centre will be held Sunday Sept. 13 at the TRU Gym. They are free. Boys in Grades 7 to 9 are being evaluated from 10 a.m. to noon. Grades 10 and 11 will be noon to 2 p.m.

The head coach of the WolfPack Academy, which is run as part of the RTCC is former TRU player and assistant coach Kevin Pribilsky. He will be assisted by TRU head man Scott Clark, Tallon Milne (former WolfPack player and now assistant coach) and current TRU players Reese Pribilsky and Vlad Eigerov.
