Here’s your first look at the Hopkins movie shot around the Okanagan

VERNON – Enderby debuts on the cinematic world stage this week at the Venice Film Festival, but for those of us without a plane ticket, at least there’s a sneak peak video to be seen.

A teaser from Go With Me, produced by Enderby Entertainment and filmed locally, is now available. It offers up a first glimpse of the movie, which stars Sir Anthony Hopkins, Julia Stiles, Ray Liotta, and Alexander Ludwig.

The full length film, meanwhile, debuts at the prestigious Venice Film Festival this week. Producer Rick Dugdale, who was born and raised in Enderby, is hopeful Go With Me will come home with a good distribution deal, and says the movie could be out sometime between December 2015 and May 2016.

The dark thriller follows the story of a young woman, played by Stiles, who returns to her hometown only to be harassed by an ex-cop turned crime-lord, played by Liotta. She turns to a former logger, played by Hopkins, and his young sidekick to help her take a stand against her sociopathic stalker.
