Man pleads guilty to child pornography
PENTICTON — Jason David Anderson pled guilty on Wednesday in Penticton Provincial Court to possessing child porn.
The 40-year-old was in court dressed in a dark T-shirt when he pled guilty to accessing child pornography, importing or distributing child pornography and possession of child pornography and a breach of undertaking.
He is one of several men making their way through Penticton provincial court on similar charges.
More details are expected at a sentencing hearing to be arranged on Monday.
