KAMLOOPS – The Thompson-Nicola Regional District’s Library System is hosting a free event with one of North America’s most disarming storytellers, Ivan Coyote, at the Kamloops Library on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 7 p.m. The event is made possible by funding from the Canada Council for the Arts.
Ivan Coyote, born and raised in Whitehorse, is an award-winning author of eight collections of short stories, one novel, three CDs, and four short films. Also a renowned performer, Ivan’s first love is live storytelling, and over the past 19 years Ivan has become an audience favourite at music, poetry, spoken word and writers festivals from Anchorage to Amsterdam.
This event is free, but registration is recommended. To reserve your seat contact the Kamloops Library, 250-372-5145.
