Sunny and warm end to September in Kamloops
KAMLOOPS – The weekend was filled with typical autumn weather but we can expect it to warm up a bit during the week as September comes to a close.
Environment Canada is calling for temperatures to reach as high as 25 C this week. The mercury is expected to reach between 22 C and 25 C today, Sept. 28, through Thursday before dipping to a high of 19 C Friday, still above the seasonal normals of 18 C.
Overnight lows will be at or just above seasonal normals of 6 C every day, a warm change after a low of just 1.7 C Sunday.
The sky should be sunny through the end of the month and then some cloud will slip in to start October. A slight chance of rain is expected along with cloudy skies Friday.
