OSOYOOS – A man did not make it home to Vancouver after leaving Osoyoos earlier this week.
Osoyoos RCMP say German Santana, 65, left Osoyoos on Sunday, Sept. 27, and was headed home to Vancouver. He called a friend shortly after and said he was going through Keremeos and his vehicle was later spotted by police near Princeton.
Santana did not make it home and now RCMP are conducting an extensive air search in the Princeton area.
Santana was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, blue jeans and blue cap and he often wears glasses.
His truck is a white 2008 Ford Ranger pickup with B.C. plate AN6359. It has ‘ALL Home Renovations & Restoration Ltd’ on the doors.
Anyone who has seen Santana or his truck is asked to call 9-1-1 with the location and Osoyoos RCMP file number 2015-5463.
