KINGSTON, Ont. – A 46-year-old Kingston, Ont., man is facing charges in a series of alleged sexual assaults from four years ago.
City police say the alleged victim in the case was sexually assaulted three times in her residence in 2014.
Police further allege that a year later, after the victim and suspect were no longer in regular contact, the victim woke up to find the man standing over her bed holding a knife.
Police say they opened an investigation into the alleged incidents last month.
The man now faces three counts of sexual assault and one count of criminal harassment.
