WASILLA, Alaska – A 31-year-old Wasilla man has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder after a shooting that left a man dead and a woman wounded.
Christopher Lorentsen also faces three counts of felony assault in the shooting Tuesday at a home in a Wasilla subdivision that killed 29-year-old Joshua Kelsey of Wasilla.
A woman whose name was not released was shot in the leg.
Alaska State Troopers say Lorentsen and Kelsey argued before shots were fired.
Troopers just before 5 p.m. Tuesday responded to a report of the shots and found Kelsey dead outside the home.
The woman was transported to a hospital.
